Water Damage From Roof Leak

This home in the Lawrence, KS area had extensive water damage due to a roof leak. As you can see in the before photo, the water was pooling in the ceiling causing the ceiling to buckle and eventually break through in some areas. The water had been leaking in from the roof for several days before it was noticed by the homeowner. Once they noticed the damage that was occurring, they called SERVPRO of Lawrence/Ottawa right away. When we arrived on site, we noticed that much of the ceiling was damaged and falling apart, so crews began tearing out what couldn't be saved and began drying out the rest of the home. The customers were pleased with the quality of work that we were able to offer them during this difficult time.
